The Business Model Canvas developed by Alexander Osterwalder, is a strategy tool which can help you to create and visualize your business model.
The business Model Canvas is a simple graphical template describing nine essential components, which they refer to as the «building blocks» of an organization:
Key Partners, key activities, key resources, value propositions, customer relationship, channels, customer segments, cost structure and revenue streams.
You can easily fill in the canvas on a whiteboard or online.
This video will give you a short introduction to this tool. (In English, Hungarian texting is possible).
You will also find more information, videos and interactive tools to guide (in English, but the videos can be texted in Hungarian) you through the process at the website:
Workshop with your colleagues or other business partners using the Business canvas tool.
Choose a new product or service you are planning to realize (or one you have consumed recently), and try to design the business model. What value is created, for whom, by whom and how? Using the Business canvas tool, to show how this value is created and captured- `revenue-stream`, cost structure, key networks, and distribution channels. Design a new business model which represent a better way of delivering value.
